Asking a girl out can be a pretty intimidating experience, especially if you are planning to approach someone you have had a crush on for a long time. Most of the time, it seems like the longer you wait to ask a girl out, the more nerve-wracking it ends up being. Most of us fear being rejected – in some cases nearly as much as we fear death! There are ways to significantly boost your chances of hearing that coveted “yes,” when you do finally work up the nerve to approach her to ask for that first date. There are probably at least a million creative ways to ask a girl out, and hopefully these suggestions will be a good starting point.

#1 The birthday approach

This is a good one if you have been putting off asking her out for a while because you are too intimidated by the idea. Asking her out on her birthday gives you a deadline, and is a great opportunity to include a little gift with your offer. Lots of people tend to be in a good mood on their special day, and if you make hers even more special by bringing her a little something along with your proposition, you will probably increase your chances of getting that date.

#2 Poetry

We all know that most girls love things that are romantic. What’s more romantic that writing her an original poem to ask her out? You’ll get extra bonus points if she happens to love poetry, and chances are pretty good that she’ll like it even if your poetry sucks because you made it up yourself, and you did  it just for her.

#3 Sing her a song

This may not go over too well if you don’t have a little musical talent, but you never know! Even if you have a lousy voice, you may be able to pull this off by putting a funny spin on it. At the very least, you should get a good laugh out of her, and many girls love funny guys who can make them laugh.

This is definitely “old school,” but if she’s the traditional type that loves the tried-and-true approach to courtship, you might hit a home run with this one. Red roses are usually a good bet, but if you want to put the odds more in your favor, find out if she has a favorite flower and get a bouquet of those.

How about this outside-the-box approach? Use good old “snail mail” to send her a nice letter. You’re much better off writing it out by hand and staying away from the computer and printer in this situation. Just as you can do with the e-mail, be sure to add a little romance to your letter by using some famous romantic quotes or by crafting some poetry to work in. It will certainly take a little longer for her to get it, but the extra effort you put into hand-writing and mailing your letter might impress her.

#6 Put up a website or blog

It really doesn’t take a whole lot of skill to put a website together these days. Numerous sites on the internet make it simple to put a site together easily with a drag-and-drop style interface, and let you do it for free. Just because it is easy to do does not mean it has to be boring. Be as creative as you can and personalize it for her. Try including some pictures or artwork that shows her favorite animal, flower, or something else personal.

#7 Fortune cookie

This is a very creative idea, but first you have to get her to go out to grab some lunch or dinner with you. If you are already friends, this probably won’t be a problem. There are places you can buy fortune cookies and with enough skill, you can replace the message inside one of them with your own. If you want to take it up a notch, you can even bake your own fortune cookies to slip your message into.

#8 Use a critter courier

This will work best if you happen to have a dog, cat, or some other pet that she really likes. Simply write your proposition on paper and attach it to your pet somehow and get your pet to go to her. She’s bound to be curious about a note that’s attached to your pet, and will probably not expect to be asked out that way.

#9 Float the idea

Getting your hands on a helium-filled balloon should not present too much of a challenge, but you’ll definitely want to put more thought into what you write on it. And old school balloon will be easier to write on, but if you prefer one of those shiny Mylar balloons, it should be easy to attach your message. Tie it to her car, mailbox, doorknob or any place where you know she’ll find it.

Ratan Tata and his team faced "humiliation" when they went to sell the group's fledgling car business to Ford in 1999, but came back to "do a big favor" just nine years later by taking over the American giant's marquee brands Jaguar and Land Rover.

"They told us 'you do not know anything, why did you start the passenger car division at all'. They said they will do us a favour by buying our car division," a Tata Group veteran said, while recalling a meeting of Ratan Tata and other top executives with Ford officials in Detroit in 1999.

The Tata Motors team decided to return to New York the same evening and Ratan Tata, then the group chairman, was sombre throughout the 90-minute flight, said Pravin Kadle, who was part of the team at that time and now heads Tata Capital.

"This was in 1999 and come 2008, the same Ford's JLR was bought by us. Ford chairman Bill Ford thanked Tata, saying 'you are doing us a big favour by buying JLR'," Kadle said, to a thunderous applause at an awards function on Thursday night.

He was speaking, mostly in Marathi, after receiving the YB Chavan National Award 2014 on behalf of Ratan Tata, who is now Chairman Emeritus of the over $100-billion group.

The poor response to its maiden hatchback Indica had driven Tata Motors to sell the car business, within a year of its debut in 1998, to Ford Motor.

"Some people advised chairman Ratan Tata to sell the passenger car division following the poor response it got post launch. Ford officials came down to our headquarters Bombay House and evinced interest in our car business.

"We were called to Detroit for discussions and I accompanied the chairman. For nearly three hours, we discussed the sell-off with Ford officials but were meted out humiliating treatment," said Kadle, who played a major role in the turnaround and growth of Tata Motors.

During his tenure at Tata Motors, Kadle was part of the senior leadership team that managed the cross-border acquisitions like Daewoo of South Korea, Incat Technologies of the UK and eventually of Jaguar-Land Rover of the UK.

Nine years after the 'humiliation', the clock turned a full circle and the salt-to-software conglomerate humbled the mighty Ford -- which was on the verge of bankruptcy after the 2008 global financial meltdown -- by taking over the iconic Jaguar Land-Rover brands for $2.3 billion, Kadle recalled.

Within a few years of the buyout, JLR made a dramatic turnaround and is the mainstay of Tata Motors' finances now. Kadle, who has been with the group for 21 years, said the driving factor for Tata in the Indica project was to launch the country's first indigenously designed car from scratch.

The ambitious car was not a commercial success in first few years and it was suggested to sell the passenger vehicles vertical, Kadle said.

Now today the current assets of Tata Motors is 34,920 Cr. and assets of Ford motors is 24,805 Cr.

Even though Katappa likes him, he has to follow his queen's order, and so, he kills Amarendra Bahubali. He regrets this all his life and waiting for a chance to correct his mistake. 2. After queen orders Katappa to kill "Amarendra Bahubali", she realises the true intention of Bhalladeva; only to be late enough that "Amarendra Bahubali" is killed and Bhalladeva trying to overtake the throne and kill the child too.

FARCRY 4 - REVIEW

Now I'd like to write a review on the game FARCRY 4 , the fourth installment of the FARCRY series developed by UBISOFT MONTREAL and published by UBISOFT in the year 2014. I just finished playing the game yesterday (wow why so late? ) because i just had my PC upgraded and i like to complete ALL the side missions before ending the game so yeah takes me quiet a while to complete any open world game lol :D so anyways Farcry 4 is somewhat ( by somewhat i mean 80 %) similar to farcry 3 the only difference being that it has a different story, some new weapons and a whole diffent kind of environment I mean wow I can literally tell people I have been to the himalayas and stuff haha. So as far as the gameplay is concerned , it was a nice experience, the places, the flying the shooting and the fact that Pagan Min ( The badass boss) didnt even have to die I mean I killed by him by mistake in the end which i regret deeply man wow but not killing him is , by my view, the actual ending.

The only creatures i truly hated through the game was DHOLE , those stupid dogs killed me many times more than those royal soldiers and i didnt even do nothing to them , I'm like "OH DHOLE, its cool bros just passin by yeah  , " dhole be like "hey look meat! lets eat him yay " 

Seriously Dogs of Farcry3 and dhole mannnnnnnn 

And dont get me started on those pesky Honey Badgers ughhhhhhhhh........ small fast and very noiseless if you're in a firefight, they be scratching all yo health bars away leaving you to just scrath your head and wonder " should've just used the syringe" 

They even look scary in real life!

SO what i recommend to anyone going up to the himalayas (don't know if they're found anywhere else, so i'll let you know later :D ) "ALWAYS BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THESE runts for they are small and powerful like me, not saying I'm small but like I'm not short or tall I'm medium so just y'know enjoy your time I'm rambling now lols sorry bout that :D.

There was not much plot twist though I always like games and movies with plot twists, because at first you're like "hey there's the bad guy let's destroy the mofo" but then halfway through you realise you were the bad guy all along and then you lay there regretting everything you did in the game like some spoilt fat kid who dropped his ice cream 

                        yeah it just sad :(

So for people expecting plot twist ( like me) , there isn't any sorry :( . 

The best aor should I say silly parts of farcry 3 or 4 is the thing where you almost die but the get healed by just fixing your thumb haha XD , i mean getting health packs or something would sound reasonable but fixing a thumb ??? 

        I mean if i could do that then I'd go to war anytime

The side missions are nice although repetitive so you might get bored by it but I am an XP king which means i learn all skills as soon as they are unlocked cuz i want to be stronggggg and kill all them bitches lols XD pardon my french.

The most likely solution to the mystery involves a combination of wind, temperature and water. Although Racetrack Playa is a dry lakebed, it is not always dry; in fact, water collects on the surface after rainfall or when snow from surrounding peaks melts. Brian Dunning, a California researcher who discussed this mystery on his Skeptoid podcast, notes that when water is present and the temperature falls below freezing — as it sometimes does — a thin sheet of ice is created: "Solid ice, moving with the surface of the lake and with the inertia of a whole surrounding ice sheet, would have no trouble pushing a rock along the slick muddy floor... As the wind shifts and the flow ebbs, these ice floes drag the rocks across the slippery mud surface in zig-zagging paths, even moving heavy rocks and sometimes dragging some but washing past others nearby."

NASA researcher Ralph Lorenz became intrigued by the enigmatic stones while studying Death Valley weather conditions. He developed a tabletop experiment to show how the rocks might glide across the surface of the lakebed.

"I took a small rock and put it in a piece of Tupperware, and filled it with water so there was an inch of water with a bit of the rock sticking out," Lorenz told Smithsonian.com.

After putting the container in the freezer, Lorenz ended up with a small slab of ice with a rock embedded in it. By placing the ice-bound rock in a large tray of water with sand at the bottom, all he had to do was gently blow on the rock to get it to move across the water. And as the ice-embedded rock moved, it scraped a trail in the sand at the tray's bottom.
